Pale straw coloured and naturally cloudy wheat beer. We use a traditional Weihenstephan yeast strain to achieve common esters found in German wheat ales. A delicate fruity aroma with a cacophony of vanilla, banana, cloves and other spices. Medium weight full flavour zippy, racy, fresh and fruity.

On tap at the brewery. Cloudy gold in colour with a slight, off-white head. Aroma of yeast, grain, and a touch of banana and clove. Flavour was more of the same, without overdoing the spice and bananas, and a dryish finish. Good.
