Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Dark burgundy. Strong young wine character, lighter than just wine, but no apparent cider; moderate acidity, off-dry. Pleasant drink, nothing great.

750ml (thx, Matt and Phill!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: dark purple with a rose head. Aroma: smelly, grapes, tannins. Taste: a nice integration of apples and grapes (but it's more on the grapes side), quite dry. Overall: a nice mix of grapes and apples.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Dark purple with minimal pinkish white head. Red grape and apple with oak, fairly dry. Quite decent.

750mL bottle, pours a deep dark mahogany with a small pink head. Aroma is loaded with dry red grape skins, oak, and a touch of apple skins. Flavour is very vinous, with lots of musty dry red grape skins, a touch of barnyard notes, and a hint of residual sweetness. Lots of musty dry skins on the finish. Excellent.
