Tasting at Ryan's, bottle
Hazy blond colour. Mild barrel, good balance of acidity and body, soft but not sweet. Very similar to Normandy ciders, apart from the price.

Poured from 750mL bottle. Hazy blonde with small white head. Nice apple skin and barrel with a hint of funk, clean, dry, rustic. Very good.

750ml (thx, Matt and Phill!) @ Ryan's. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: funky, dry, fermented apples. Taste: along the same lines, quite dry, a lot barrel and tannins. Overall: good one.

750mL bottle, pours a clear blonde with an explosive white head that quickly diminishes. Aroma is full of barnyard funk, rustic notes, crisp apple skins, and some dry horse blanket. Flavour is dry and funky, with lots of barnyard funk, horse blanket, and champagne-like effervescence. There's a touch of vanilla in there as well. Very dry, not quite bone dry though, with a wonderful rustic farmhouse funk. Excellent.
