A beer that I brewed specifically to accompany the long awaited first rays of spring sunshine: it is well balanced, between malt, hops and yeast, with a little sweetness and an intense taste. The bitterness is not violent, but not absent either, it gives a little character. What I prefer about this beer is its floral and fruity flavors brought by the marriage of the delicious hops of Alsace, the Mistral and the Barbe Rouge. The little yeast taste in addition nicely complements the flavors of toasted cereals.
