Fifth Birthday Edition #5. A Much loved version of our multi award winning 'Very Big Moose' this was brewed with copious amounts of sweet maple syrup to go toe to toe with the rich vanilla and chocolate profile of VBM before hibernating in Bourbon barrels for nine months!

Can from Hoptimism. Rich deep black colour with a tan head. Aroma was big bourdon, chocolate and light maple. Taste light maple sweet. Slight roasted bitter and a growing sweet finish. Full thick body.

Burk på pobånäs Borg med Peter och Magnus . Ölen doftar väldigt lovande av vanilj och bourbon 🥃. Smakar lagom rostat och bourbon. Vaniljen finns inte i smaken. Skööönt det är en renare imperial stout med bourbon utan andra konstigheter 😀.
