Melomel with cranberries and vanilla added during fermentation, after which it was racked on fresh cranberries for a month. Bread yeast pooped out early so, it's low ABV and super sweet.

Homebrew mead with cranberries and vanilla. Still quite a bit of honey in there, very sweet, didn't ferment completely yet. The cranberry is really nicely present, great colour and great flavour. Bit thin, but a great start. Thanks!
