Back in the British Raj, elephant-riding, tea-swilling settlers were in dire need of rescuing from the Indian sun. And so the India Pale Ale was born. Our interpretation is authentically brewed with loads of Cascade hops and has floral aromas, malty sweetness and a lingering dry finish. But enough of that Mumbo Jumbo.
Malts: Pilsner, Crystal, Red.
Hops: Pacifica, Cascade.

Bottle shared in our Queenstown hostel th is to Jean-Mi. Lear light amber with off white head. Caramel, light flowery, bready, bitter herbs, light lager crisp malty stuff, lots of weird bitter herbs that are not really hops, soft pine. Medium sweet and bitter. Medium bodied with crisp feel. Not an IPA, but I’ve had worse.

Bottled. An amber beer with a huge off-white head. The aroma has notes of hops, citrus fruits, malt, and caramel. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt, caramel, and a bit of butterscotch, leading to a bitter finish.
