Prodigal Physics is a Bourbon Barrel Aged Imperial Stout built on the legendary vanilla base of Fundamental Observation 2020.
The berry compote-top note in this year's Madagascar vanilla bean harvest was the perfect springboard for this Neapolitan Ice Cream-inspired variant beer, so we added lactose to the brew for a silky, ice-creamy body and finished it all through a mountain of Ecuadorian cacao nibs and summer strawberries!

Brownish black, low carbed. Some yummy bourbon, plenty of sweet strawberry and sweet vanilla in the smell. Thick, rich, bit boozy. Flavour is a mix of roasty stout, decent bourbon and soft strawberry puree. Vanilla smoothens it out. Tasty, bit weird.

Medium body, a bit oily. Booze, chocolate, candy strawberry, bourbon, lots of vanilla in the finish. A bit harsh, but very nice.
