Tap at Farmhouse Pride 2026, in Pianoro, Italy. Pours partially hazy, a beautiful loaded gold, with no foam. Aroma is intensely fruity, apricot, peach, a little funky. Body is only partially dense, with moderate carbonation and a marked astringency. Taste is fairly sour. Final is rather long and sour.

Draught Huge, ultra dense light yellowish head over lightly veiled yellow golden beer, leaving textbook lace. Wild yeast nose, Kveik announcing itself. Fruity notes, difficult to identify. Quite sour, but again very much the - almost bitterish - notes of the Kveik dominate; spicy, bit mouldy. Lemon in the finish. Light body, high attenuation, good carbonation. Better than the sum of its parts.
