Collaboration with Baghaven, the Mikkeller Wild Beer project. Sour wild ale with yeasts and bacteria from the Baghaven area in Copenhagen and our house culture. Aged in old red wine barrels for a year. Foraged Chamomile, Roses and Elderflower were added near the end to give the beer floral notes with hints of cinnamon buns!

Bottled (thanks KS!). Hazy yellowish golden colour with a small white head. Aroma is tart wood, some citrus, mild herbs and earth. Flavour is citrus, some floral, fruity and mild tart and slightly acidic elements to it.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Hazy golden, minimal head. Tasrt nose with herbal spices. Citric with light-medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Interesting herbal summer blossom tones, slightly puckering. Low bitterness. Elegant andrather complex.

[ As Stockholm / Baghaven Magic Meadow ].
ABV: 6.0%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small to average, frothy - fizzy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white to white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, pale malt, flowers - elderflowers, chamomile, leather - funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, elderflowers, chamomile, tart, citric, leather - funky, wheat - yeast. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft.
