THIS BEER IS BREWED IN HONOR AND MEMORIAM OF A MAN WE KNEW AS BOMBAY. ORIGINALLY FROM INDIA HE ENDED UP IN UGANDA DURING IDI AMIN'S REIGN OF TERROR. THANKFULLY HE MANAGED TO ESCAPE AND MADE HIS WAY TO CHRISTIANIA, WHERE HE FOUND PEACE AND A PLACE WHERE HE BELONGED. BOMBAY WOULD OFTEN ASK FOR A GANESH BEER, BUT BACK THEN HE HAD TO DRINK A MACRO BREW INSTEAD OF THIS LOCALLY BREWED IPA. AND WITH ITS SLIGHTLY BITTER TASTE, FRUITY NOSE, A LITTLE HEMP AND 6.4% ALCOHOL WE ARE 100% CERTAIN HE WOULD HAVE ENJOYED IT. SO HERE'S TO YOU BOMBAY, CHEERS. INGREDIENTS: WATER, BARLEY MALT, HEMP SEEDS, MOSAIC HOPS, YEAST.

Il gusto al naso viene attratto dal floreale e dal fruttato. La finezza olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane e la maniera in cui permane è sufficiente. Il manto birroso superiore è caratterizzato da una schiuma che resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Il liquido è di consistenza limpida. Il colore è ramato carico. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è intenso c'è anche una componente umami. La forza gustativa è elevata e la durata è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano luppolate. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca porta i segni di miele, frutta secca, resina, pino, erbaceo, agrumi, spezie, pompelmo, mela, erbe aromatiche, hemp e vegetazione.

On tap. Clear golden body with a thin white head at Christiania. Aroma and taste of caramel, pine, grass and grapefruit. Quite well hopped and has a nice bitter finish. Very nice IPA.

Fatöl på bryggeriet med Lina. Här har vi relativt klar och mörkgul förgad dryck likt klassiska weast coast ipor.Smakar ocjså tallbarr lite apelsin samt grape . Fin fin ju. Inga konstiga bismaker . Imponerad av detta lilla nanobrygeri När jag läser övriga öl kunnigas betygsättning som är på flaska så återigen förstår jag fatölen är ofta mycket bättre än flaskan .

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Yellowish golden colour, small white head. Aroma is fruity, floral, some toffee and mild nectary tones. Flavour is fruity, some strawberries and nectar. Smooth to drink and actually very nice.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear amber, small head. Almondy hemp and caramel up front. Mid dry with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Hemp, caramel and bread. Mid bitter finish. Quite harmonious and a tad unusual.

ABV: 6.4%. Clear medium yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, fruity hops, straw - grass, pale malt, fruity malt, moderate hoppy, herbs, hemp, grass - straw. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration, fruity hops, flowers, herbs, hemp. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210429]
