Pale Haze Sun. This beer is about hops. A little barley wheat and oats, some water and yeast, and then a LOT of Simcoe and Citra hops added only during and after fermentation. Pale and hazy in appearance like a sunrise on a very hot day, and with a tropical aroma to lure you in. Served cold it is the perfect thirst quencher. Aaah!

Sample (thanks fonefan!). Golden colour small white head. Aroma is fruity, some nutty, mild toasted and floral notes. Flavour is flora, some toasted, mild nutty and some lactose tones. Nice fruity and nectary aftertaste, even though not much bitterness.

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear golden , mid sized head. Fruity doughy nise with some paper and prunes. Sweet with medium body and rounded mouthfeel. Sugar and dough, some butter, tangerine and cardboard. Low bitterness.

ABV: 5.1%. Clear medium to light yellow colour with a average, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, fruity malt, pale bread, moderate hoppy, citrus, fruity hops, old hops. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, pale bread, pale malt, cookie - marzipan malt, sweet malt, malty. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. [20210430]

Bottle from HavnensVin&Tobak. Pours initially hazy yellow with medium white head, but it clears up completely after a while. Aroma is spruce, grapefruit, orange, strawberry, redcurrant and mint. Taste is medium sweet, light to medium bitter and light acidic. Body is oily with medium carbonation. Finish is long and mostly bitter with lots of fruit, malt and hints of resin.
