Can @ Jakobs. Pours hazy rusty brunt orange with a small offwhite head. Aroma of malt, yeast, light sourness, litttle oak, sweet raspberry. Flavor is sour, malt, litttle yeast, wet wood, oak, light vinegar, dry tart fruit, raspberry. Medium body, average carbonation, dry light acidic finish. 010821

Sample, thanks fonefan! Clear copper colour, small head. Tart nose with vinegar red berries. Acetic with medium body and clean, rounded mouthfeel. Vinegar and citric acid, some frozen raspberries. No bitterness.

ABV: 6.5%. Clear light to medium red colour with a small, frothy - fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, off-white head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, tart, sour, leather, soured milk, light raspberry. Flavor is moderate sweet with a average to long duration, wheat, raspberry, berries, tart, sour, wood - oak, leather, soured milk, thin, vomit notes. Body is light to medium, texture is watery, carbonation is soft. [20210430]
