Vi fortsätter samarbetet med Bill Granath då det fortfarande har varit alldeles för lite skägg och musik i bryggeriet! Nummer två i serien med vår favorit-trubadur Bill blir helt enkelt en tysk pilsner. Inga konstigheter, den har en brödig & maltig smak, medelstor beska, smakrik med humletoner som drar åt det örtiga och gräsiga hållet. Den passar perfekt till husmanskost och salt mat.

Bottle 33 cl. Clear golden with a white head. Grear aroma of grassy hos and sulphur. Medium body, solid maltbase, floral hops and a solid bitterness. Well crafted. 241123

Sample (thanks omhper!). Pale yellow colour with a small white head. Aroma is grains, some herbs, mild earth and a bit citrus. Flavour is grains, herbs, a bit grassy and some slight earthy tones.

Bottle from Systembolaget beställningssortiment. (my first one from this brewery) Hazy golden/yellow with a white head. Grass, bread, some floral notes and malt. The finish on the dry side. A decent one.

Flaska från SB. Gyllengul disig vätska med högt vitt krämigt skum. Torr, medelstor kropp. Doft och smak av gräs, vetekex, vetemjöl med en lätt sälta. Lång besk eftersmak med gräs och maskrosblad. Riktigt trevlig.

ABV: 5.6%. Clear medium yellow colour with a small, fizzy, fair lacing, mostly diminishing, white head. Aroma is moderate malty, pale malt, floral, light grain, light grass. Flavor is moderate sweet and light to moderate bitter with a average duration, pale malt, grass, sweet malt, light grain, thin. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottled, from Systembolaget. Grassy nose with salty bread. Dry with light to medium body and crisp, rounded mouthfeel. Rye bread crackers and salty grass. Long bitter finish. Surprisingly great!
