Stank Hen is a premium IPA produced by AOBC and the Living Levels Partnership to celebrate the Gwent Levels and its unique and fascinating 'Levels Lingo'. Stank Hen is the local name for a Moorhen, named for the bird's natural habitat in pool created by small dams in ditches, known locally as 'Stanks'. The beer is characterised by a slowly diminishing white head and a hazy orange-coloured body. Hoppy, with a fruity smell of mid-sweet citrus. Succulent taste profile of orange, apricot and peaches. Rounded bitter fruity ending. Fine depth.
