Our Dubbelbock was quite a success last year so we decided to brew this prize winning heavy weight again.
It has a firm malty body which consists of several types of malt. The Munchener malt provides the soft mouth feel. The Bamberg variety, wheat malt and the peted kind used for the famed Isle whiskies create a whole lot of sweetness and smoky complexity. Full of fascinating flavour and dark of colour, this is a beer not to miss this fall.

Real solid! Lightly smoked, nice and roasty, creamy and thick. Coming close to a classic Rauchbock. 't IJ should do more like this.
