Bottle. Hazy dark brown color with beige head. Aroma is chocolate, fresh yeast, raisins. Taste is chocolate, fresh yeast, raisins, grapes, tannins, a bit mealy. Silky mouthfeel with fizzy carbonation. I am not a fan of dark sours, but this is well-made. 7-3-6-3-14Bottle, b2. Aroma is freshly grated cocoa, a touch aceto balsamico, fresh funk. Taste is the same. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A lovely dark sour! 8-3-8-4-16

Bottle from Beers'n'more. Pours black. Aroma is strong roasted malts, dark dried fruit, plums. Body is medium and still roasted, sweet and sour and intense, plums and brausetablette. Good!
