BC grown cider apples co-fermented with merlot grape skins 🍇. Wild fermented with 14 day skin contact. Aged for 6 months in stainless tanks and Chardonnay barrels. Juicy and ripe for tonight!

Nice rose body but minimal foam. Lots of chewy red wine on the nose, red ju-jubes, musty mashed grapes. Flavour is more chewy grape, apple hints to round out sharpness. I always thought Color Me Badd got a bad rap, thirty years later I still like 'em.
