This unique beer is a classic imperial stout lagered on the sole BourbRum barrels in the world. We filled new french oak barrels with a blend of bourbon and rum to get the best of both worlds in one barrel. After 8 months, the barrels were emptied and filled with the 1st fill of this stout. Afterwards we aged the BourbRum again for 9 months on this barrel and did a 2nd fill with Spirit:Black. 3 months later, this is the result: A complex beer with unique aromas and taste
