Bottle, many thanks anstei! Hazy orange color with fizzy white head. Aroma is hibiscus, rosehip, bready, fresh yeast. Taste is hibiscus, rosehip, fresh yeast, sour dough, surprisingly banana. Mealy-ish doughy mouthfeel with medium carbonation. A bit too yeasty, but quite interesting.

Danke an anstei. Süß-säuerlicher Geruch. Spritziger, vollmundig säuerlich brotiger Beginn, hell, süffig, kurzzeitig wenig Alkohol. Weich, hohe Süffigkeit, mittellanger, säuerlich spritziger Abgang mit Noten von vergorenem Apfel. 9/10/10/10/8/10

Bottle. Pours hazy amber. Aroma is Blackwell funk, wine, elderflower, red berries. Body is light, funky, tart, crisp, some weird ripe fruit like banana and elderflower. Dryish palate. Good, but a bit strange.
