A classical pale ale, on the way of an ipa, solid one with generous aromas of peach, fruity, strawberry, dry malt, aromatic and floral with the hop, citrus and bitter, 05.05.21, at Epalinges with a good home made pizza.

Can at home from AH. Opaue golden pour with a white head. Nose is ripe tropical fruits, candy, orange zest. Taste is fruity upfron, lightly citric too, with a hint of bitterness. The finish, however, got notes of vegetables and also it’s weirdly sticky on the palate, totally ruining the beer for me. A pity, otherwise it would’ve been a fairly decent supermarket pale.

Bottle from Drankenhandel Leiden. Aroma is soft fruity hops with citrus, pale malt, some pineapple. Flavour is mildly sweetish with a modest bitterness. Body is medium. Drinkable APA but almost a bit dull from Het Uiltje, could have used more of a hoppy punch.

Amber with a frothy, white head. Tropical fruit aroma. Has a sort of cantaloupe / bandaid thing going on. Taste is mildly bitter throughout. Body to the light side of medium, moderate watery texture. Inoffensive, simple, easygoing. Not drawing me back for another can though.

Can at Cups & Mugs. Medium body, juicy, med-light carbonation, could use more. Medium bitterness, light sweetness. Moderate citrusy, a bit tropical hops character. Med-light general fruity esters. Feels a bit old. But still good, drinkable, not great though.

Keg @ New Barrack Tavern, Sheffield. Hazy dirty-golden with a creamy head. Crisp, carbonated, citrus-based brew, although this itself is not that impactful - however a fizzy light fruitiness is to be found in both aroma and taste.
