Can. Color: Hazy golden, frothy whie head. Aroma: Hoppy, citrus and tropical fruit like mango, passion fruit, tangerine. Taste: Hoppy, grass, citrus and some tropical fruit notes with pretty strong malty background. Dank and resinous hints. Just below medium body, average carbonation. Nice APA.

Belle proposition de la part de la brasserie Uiltje avec une Juicy APA sur de jolis arômes de fruits exotiques, pêche, pamplemousse et herbes et bien servi par une amertume ciselée. Ses limites proviennent essentiellement de son titrage à 5,2% qui limite son intensité, même si j'aurais apprécié un peu plus de corpulence, ce qui aurait possible. Joli blond doré en verre, avec une fine effervescence et une mousse blanche de 1 cm. Le nez est agréable sur la mangue, la pêche, le pamplemousse et les herbes. L'attaque met va piano sur l'intensité avec une petite acidité qui s'allie à l'amertume. L'intensité et l'amertume monte en seconde bouche, la très légère acidité renforçant la fraîcheur. Les arômes, découverts au nez sont appréciables. L’arrière-bouche est sur une amertume saillante avec pamplemousse et herbes, les fruits exotiques étant présents en rétro. Le final est sur une amertume plus simple mais d'une bonne longueur. Notre chouette a de la ressource.

33cl bottle from Albert Heijn Duinenwater supermarket in Knokke. F: medium, white, average retention. C: pale gold, hazy. A: fresh tangerines, lychee, orange, mango, pineapple. T: medium malty base, orange, tangerine, pine touch, bit lactic, spicy, mango, papaya, soft carbonation, very nice balanced, refreshing, enjoyed.

Draught @ Highlanders Bar, Aarhus. Pours clear yellow with a white head, lacings. Aroma of malt, fruity hops, tropical fruit, peach, citrus, lemonpeel. Flavor is light sweet, light bitter, malt, frutiy hops, peach, citrus, lemon - peel. Medium body, average carbonation, sweet light bitter finish. Easy going. 240520

33 cl can @ home Aroma has tropical fruits and fruit juice. Flavour has pineapple juice, tropical fruits. Finishes somewhat leathery with grapefruit and mildly harsh, herbal bitterness. Aroma was really promising but flavourwise this is just a basic NEAPA.
