Amadeus is a hazy hefeweizen with a large white head. It has a balance in aroma and flavor between banana and cloves and has a low IBU (13). It is refreshing, medium-bodied and has a fluffy/creamy mouthfeel to it.

Cloudy bright gold, creamy white head. The aroma is quite spicy, peppery, low on malts and fruit. The taste is regular young brewpub style weizen - fresh and quenching but bit that fine - unripe banana, tart wheat, some dough / yeast, just a hint of malt sweetness and zero hop bitterness. Decent.
