PINTA Kwas My - beer liquor with the addition of a freshly pressed lemon juice. Sweet, sour and citrusy - here we come with an alternative for limoncello - Italian lemon liquor. To the light, sour beer we've added a freshly pressed juice from 600 kg of fresh lemons and then we've sweetened it with non-fermentable xylitol (birch sugar) to make it more liquor-like and to lighten sourness.

Ingredients: water; barley malts: Pilsen, Carapils®; pale wheat malt; hops: Liberty (US), Lubelski (PL); yeast: Fermentis SafAle™ US-05; lactic acid bacteria: lactobacillus delbrueckii; lemon juice; lemon zest; xylitol.

Keg at pinta wroclaw. Pours hazy yellow, nose is lemon, funk, citrus zest, taste is juicy, zesty lemon, sweet.

cytuje wlosi musza nam wybaczyc te bezczelnosc. Ja niestety nie wybaczam nadmiaru slodyczy czyli ksylitolu. Pewnie z 800kg go dodano czyli tyle co cytryn. (w opisie 600kg?? - a czemu tak malo?) Niestety kwasek jest delikatny niczym barwa bialej kredki na bialej kartce, a slodycz jak czarna kredka na tej samej kartce. W smaku slodki kogiel-mogiel, ciut kwasku cytrynowego. Taka slodycz to mozna oczekiwac ale nie od piwa tylko od likieru Limoncello. Metniste, piaskowa barwa i zero piany

Bottle. Pours cloudy amber with airy white head. Dusty aroma of yeast, with notes of fruit and touches of malt. Dry flavour of lemon sirup with notes of yeast and malt and touches of hops. Dry aftertaste with estery and malty touches. Quite nice, even though I normally do not like limoncello.

Bottle, 6.3%. Malty, papery, and farty aroma. Cloudy golden colour. Very small white head. The flavour is quite sweet and has a thick and oily mouthfeel. But also quite citric. It has a mild lemony note to begin with, and it becomes more distinct over time. Seems a bit strange at first, but is actually quite enjoyable.

Bottle. Unclear yellow color with white head. Aroma is lemony, dough, yeasty, a bit bakery. Taste is lemony, dough, lightly sour. Silky mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Quite tasty, but also quite yeasty.

Żółta barwa, zamglone, piana intensywna opada bez śladu. W aromacie cytrynowo oraz słodko. W smaku również cytryna na pierwszym planie do tego dochodzi słodycz. Goryczka praktycznie nie występuje, alkohol również niewyczuwalny przez co pije się jak oranżadę. Ciekawy eksperyment.

Barwa żółta, zmętnione, piana biała, dość obfita, jako tako się trzyma. W aromacie cytryna, kwasek. W smaku półsłodkie, sporo cytryny, minimalny kwasek, kwaśność niska, słodowe, lemoniada. Wysycenie niskie do średniego. Zbyt słodkie, za mało kwaśne.
