Draught Fluffy, snowwhite head over veiled yellow-golden beer. Sweet nose, no more phenols as from the lagertank, quite a bit of citrus and lemonbalm. Dry herbs & spices. Wheat remains however, character almost lemony. Citrus, again mild lemon, lemonbalm, fine herbs. Bit of faintly toasted malts, though certainly not in colour. Still a tad of liquorice remains, but again way diminished compared to the lagertank tastings. Warming up, somewhat duller, faint human sweat. Light body, soft carbonation, bit hopoilslick. I tasted the beer twice before from the tank, and the difference is... astronomical. But definitely in the good sense. Looking forward to coming tweakings.
