75cl Bottle @ Ratebeer Odense, January 2023. Pours deep amber with a small White head. Gusher. Flemish red. Vinous. Dark tart red berries and Wood. Funky dry finish.

Cloudy dark amber with a lasting off-white head. Aroma of toffee, funk, oak and balsamic vinegar. Dry and tart malty flavour with toffee and dark fruits.

Thanks to Colin. Mild have on this deep amber brown beer, small tan head. Airy palate, semi dry, decent fine carbonation. Typical oud bruin ripe fruit tartness offset by a little vanilla oak. Modest red wine berry fruits. Quite a dry finish. Drinkable.

Bottle shared in London - cheers to Cloin. Pours unclear ruby with a big, frothy tan head. Lightly sweet flavour, quite dry, plenty of dried and leathery berries, a little salt, earth, musty funk. Medium bodied with fine, massaging carbonation. Dry finish, more old leather, berries, damp wood. Enjoyable gear.

Bottle at the columbus tasting 24/11/2022. Many thanks to Colin. A hazed amberbrown coloured, pour with a lasting mid tan head. Aroma is earthy authumnal notes, apple, woody, sour tangy apple, apricot. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, tart, woody, light vinaegar, prickly, sour, acidic, sour, tangy. Palate is super prickly, frothy carbonation. little harsh.

Hazed chestnut brown with a beige cap that thins to a swirl.
Nose is damp oak, herb, straw, funk, stewed fruits.
Taste comprises mellow acidity, funk, dry rot, herb, red berry stones, barnyard nip.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a puckering bite.
Solid for the style.

0,75l bottle at home. dark brown color, small tan head. smells coffee, cocoa, nutty, balsamic, earthy. very nice smell. full body, soft carbonation. tastes wood, balsamic, berry notes, dried fruits, grassy, earthy, lactic. finishes bit dry and lightly sour with notes of balsamic, dried fruits and grassy notes. i quite like this one, very good balance
