Browny este o bere de tip Dunkel Hefeweissbier, fabricata prin utilizarea a doua tipuri de malt (malt pale si malt caramel), drogdie de frementatie superioara speciala pentru berile weiss si doua tipuri de hamei. Berea este de o corpolenta medie, cu gust si aroma usoara de caramel, avand o dulceata si o amareala medie.

BOTTLE 33 CL. Hazy amber, off-white head. Aroma has caramel, as well as some faint cheesy notes, hints of marzipan. Simplistic lollipoppy caramel taste, clashing into carbonic acidity and some salty notes. Light astringency and some bitterness in the finish; really lacks some hop support. Mediocre. 6-4-6-3-11=3,0
TAP at BCBF 2017. Hazy amber. Smells fresh cereals, herbal hops and lollipops. Similar taste, moderată caramel sweetness, pleasant phenolic spice and hints of spicy hops. Not bad. More like a Polotmave. 6-4-6-3-13=3,2.
