ine Extraportion Hopfen bekommt dieses goldgelb glänzende Detmolder Herb und verhilft ihm zum extrawürzigen Aroma und auch zu einem voluminösen, lang anhaltenden Schaum. Mit den frischblumigen Aromen finden auch leichte süße Malznoten den Weg in die Nase. Im feinprickelnden Antrunk zeigt sich die perfekte Komposition von intensiven Aromahopfen mit feinster Malzbegleitung. Die leichte Adstringenz unterstreicht das hopfig herbe Mundgefühl. Im Abgang zunächst floral, wird der Eindruck zunehmend trockener und herber. Ein Bier für Freunde hopfenaromatischer Gerstensäfte.

Schwerer, recht trockener Herbeantrunk. Dieser beinhaltet zusätzlich eine bittere Getreidenote, zusammen wirkt das ganze modrig, was sich nur langsam bessert. Trocken bleibend, stark herb, muffig. Langer bitterer Nachhall. 8/7/7/8/8/7

Bottled (from bierzwerg.de). Deep golden colour, mediumsized foamy head that leaves some slight lace. Aroma is bready malts, some saltwatery and herbal notes. Also some slight hayish notes. Flavour is being quite similar, but a bit more wooden and grassy bitterness to it.

Bottle 33cl. w. swing top @ home.[ Trade by MiP ]. Clear medium to dark yellow color with a average to large, frothy, good lacing, mostly lasting, white head. Aroma is light to moderate malty, grain, straw, light hoppy, herbs notes. Flavor is moderate sweet and bitter with a average to long duration. Bitternes is herb hoppy. Body is medium, texture is oily, carbonation is soft. [20081108]
