Fruity, tart taste with citrus, yellow plums, apples, grapes, and barnyard. Hardly any bitternes. Medium body, dry. Tart, tasty, rich and complex. Excellent beer.

(Bottle, 0.75l - a sample, at Stadin Panimobaari, 20251120) The beer poured deep golden and clear. Its head was tiny and white. Aroma had tartness, honey, fruitiness and grapes. Palate was medium bodied and dry with medium carbonation. Flavours were tartness, sourness, fruitiness, honey, grapes and bitterness. Aftertaste had tartness, sourness and bitterness. A very beautiful beer drinking of which was a pleasant experience.
Crazy nose, some nice earthiness in the midst of all the funk.
Quite sour, funky smell, slightly complex taste without much aftertaste, overall above average and a bit unusual

[2024 Vintage] On tap at Moeder Lambic Fonteinas for the Olambic Games. Pours hazy blonde with a white head. Musty and funk on the nose. Flavour has an intense punch of juicy, acidic grape, good must and funk. Incredible wine character.

Sour and tart, fruity, a bit sweet. Green grapes, dry wood, barnyard funk, some florals. Medium acidity but smooth, surprisingly funky for the age. Complex, smooth, delicious.
