Very good, fast receding white head over crystal clear golden beer. Intense, yet delicate horseblanket aroma, with a leafy character, Lindenblossom, Lindentea, yellow yarrow, but not vinous. Rather sweet, beyond 'mals'. Very light lambic-y, but also fruity acidity. Again blossomy. Yet again - there's little ro no grape/vinous character. Some pineapple, certainly after some time. Only wine-marker is a certain viscosity, not unlike sweet dessert wine. Not very carbonated. Delicate, original, intruiging.

Bottle shared at Cantillon on RTV's 50th bash, 09/02/2024.
Almost clear golden with a white cap that thins to the edge.
Nose is lemon rind, hedgerow, funk, grains, modest nostril twinge.
Taste comprises funk, green berry must, hay bale, damp wood, vinous.
Medium bodied, fine carbonation, drying close with a light acidic tickle.
Decent if a touch restrained.

Bottle at Cantillon. Slightly gloopy pour. Clear straw gold. Slim ring of white. Bit wheaty this. Grape pomace. Lightly sweaty funk. Taste is dry and tart. Some wheat sweetness. Brisk funky finish. Not my favourite.

Bottle shared at the brewery. Pours clear honey-gold, lightly effervescent, with a small, creamy white head. Light sweetness, some pale wood, mellow funk, a little butter, light acidity. Light bodied with fine and massaging carbonation. Clean, dry, lightly bitter finish, subtle lemon peel, light funk. Solid gear.
