7/10/2023. Bottle shared at Ulfborg. Pours hazy pale gold with a small bubbly white head. Aroma is floral, bretty, grape, leather, woody, yeast. Moderate sweetness and bitterness with medium sourness and body. Spritzy carbonation. Puckering tart and dry to finish. Very nice.

ABV: 6.5%. Murky medium yellow orange colour with virtually no head. Aroma is moderate malty, wheat, moderate to heavy yeasty, horse blanket, barnyard, leather, grapes, apples, citric, funk. Flavor is moderate sweet and light acidic with a long duration, wheat, grapes, apple, funky, dry, horse blanket, barnyard, wood - oak. Body is medium, texture is oily to watery, carbonation is soft. Bottle @Ulfborg. Slightly cloudy golden, tiny white head. Funky, bretty grapes aroma. Leathery, citrusy. Juicy, citric, yeasty rough flavour. Great balance, very drinkable. Lovely.

75cl bottle (bottled 1 September 2022) from the brewery. F: thin, white, very quick gone. C: shiny gold, light hazy. A: grapes, peach, apples, woody, funky, yellow berries. T: sour fruity, lemon, grapes, woody, unripe peach, funky, vinous, bit bready, grape skin, light tannins, juicy, decent bitterness, soft carbonation, very elegant, fully enjoyed.
