[2/17/23] Bottle at Cantillon in Brussels. 2022 bottle. Hazy yellow-golden. White wine, funk, sweat, grapes, sour. Great.

750ml bottle pours out straw color topped with a white head. Nose is nice citrus floral notes white grapes and funky notes. Taste is more of the nice funky barrel notes grapes and some citrus touch.

750mL bottle, pours a hazy blonde with a small white head. Aroma brings out a wonderful dessert-like white grape character, modest funky and a touch of acidity. Flavour reveals an intense white grape character — again, somewhat dessert-like but without much sugars — modest funk, and modest acidity. Wonderful grape expression. Lovely.

750ml shared with Ryan, Phill, Jonathan and his wife. Appearance: hazy blonde with a white head. Aroma: grapes, funk, a bit of acetone. Taste: along the same lines, nice fruit here. Overall: good one.
