A soft pillowy base from extra pale, oats and chit malt gives a platform for a hop combination of Idaho, Talus, Simcoe, Cashmere & Centennial to deliver big juicy aromas of pine & citrus.
A big winter sipper, bursting with aroma and flavour!

Can picked up from Hoptimism website, Loughborough, Leicestershire UK consumed at home Sunday 7th February 2021 listening to Bicep- Isles and now BC Camplight Shortly after Takeoff and cooking Smoked Salmon and Ricotta Ravioli on part 2 of our Italian weekend. Hazy gold/orange with a white head. Smooth creamy oatiness, orange (sweet) citrussy edge, hoppy burps, easy drinking even if the style isn't a favourite of mine. Good, very hoppy.

Can at home picked up from HOTM i think. A hazed golden orange coloured pour with a lasting loose sticky white head. Aroma is lovely, unique, opal fruits, juicy clementine, condensed white grape, soft bready grains, melon. Lovely. Flavour is composed of semi sweet, light wheat, bready notes. earthy citrus, orange rind, peach, little pithy finish. Waxy citrus. Palate is semi sweet, juicy, moderate carbonation , some hop oils. Good stuff. This talus hop if quite unique.

Can at home, from HOTM online, get in ... Spurs 0 - 2 Citeh 20/12/20. Murky orange with a decent off white cap. Nose is orange pith, pine resin, weed, papaya, mandarin, grapefruit zest, dank chimes. Taste comprises orange squash, trace of hop spice, pine resin, mango, ripe melon, light weed, dank kiss, grapefruit. Medium bodied, fine carbonation, light drying close spiked with juicy to lightly weedy hop bitterness. Solid IPA ... great hop presence and vibrant tropical fruit presence, allied to a good level of bitterness.
