Tam kde sa snúbi východ so západom, vzniká aj toto originálne pivo. Spojili sme to najlepšie z troch kontinentov. Americká brut IPA, navarená na Slovensku, obohatená o ovocie Yuzu priamo z Japonska, v podobe čerstvej šťavy. Táto harmonická fúzia dopĺňa extra suchú a voňavú „ipu“ o ďalší rozmer. Ten pocit, keď stojíš v jednom momente na oboch koncoch sveta, no stále objavuješ jej chuť v srdci Európy… To treba vyskúšať!

Flesje gedeeld door Tomhendriksen. Melkachtig gelig bier met weinig schuim. Aroma is hoppig. Smaak van citroenschil en kruiden. Nasmaak is iets bitter.

Bottle recieved with Euro Swap 3 2020, many thanks to Cuso! Shared with Inoven. It has a milky golden color with a white head. It has a nice citrussy and hoppy aroma. The taste is hoppy and citrussy with hints of orange peel.

Bottle. Hoppy and light malty aroma and taste, yuzu, light sour notes, medium bitter. Light to medium body, hoppy yuzu bitter finish. Ok.

Bottle from Pivný raj Doesn't feel like brut at all. Somewhat fruity, barely any hoppy feel. Ok

Tap at Beerdock. 17.8.2020. Light yuzu, low bitterness, low hops character. Not brut, not IPA, not very yuzu either. I get stone fruits, med-full body, med-low carbonation. Drinkable, but not great. 3,1. Rerate. Bottle via Beermalade online tasting. Slightly better than last time, but not much. Yuzu is definitely noticeable, also straying into tangerine territory. Light tart/sour zestiness. Overall very watery though, thin body, lacking carbonation. Drinkable, not great, not terrible. 3.2

Tap. Hazy Orange color with white head. Aroma of yuzu, hops, oranges. Taste s very fruity, light hops. I wouldn't say it's Brut, still enjoyable beer.
