Nie len na deň sv. Valentína majú zaľúbenci sláviť, ale počas celého roka. K oslavám patrí „šampáňo“, a preto sme do tejto našej Brut IPA použili kvasinky na výrobu šampanského.

Bottle from Pivny raj Pours headless pink. Fizzy, dry, yeasty, rose petals maybe. Nah, I would prefer more rough and hoppy declaration of love :)

Bottle. Malty and light hoppy aroma and taste, wine notes, light sour, medium bitter. Medium body, malty bitter and light sour dry finish with wine notes. Ok.

Bottle from brewer, many thanks. Reddish color with medium white head. Vinous aroma, light hops in finish. Taste is overlapped by wine. Bit sourness, very light hoppy bitterness. Good fruity beer, but not Brut IPA.
