From tap at Oersoep Craft Beer Festival 2018. Big sour flavour with a rich aroma of wood, malt, vinegar, ripe fruits, caramel, notes of citrus, a touch of grapes and red wine. Flavour is nicely sour and bold, body is medium. Exquisite variety of Saint Bon-Chien, simply a great series of Sours.

Tap. Ruby color with small head. Aroma is raisins, vineous, berries. Taste is berries, maltose, vineous, some tannins even. Oily mouthfeel with medium carbonation. Very characterful!

At brassin public. Pours surprisingly reddish. Aroma is red grapes, wine barrel, acetone, asbc. Body is heavy and strongly sour, but very vinous again, lots of red fruit and berries. Low carbonation, but lacking. Super round and juicy, strong and boozy, but superbly balanced. Very enjoyable to drink outstanding, even among ASBC grand crus!
