Cask conditioned ale has been the popular choice among brews since long before prohibition. We continue this pioneer spirit with our Wisconsin farmhouse ale. Brewed with flaked barley and the finest Wisconsin malts. We even give a nod to our farmers with a little hint of corn.
Naturally cloudy we allow the yeast to remain in the bottle to enhance fullness of flavors, which cannot be duplicated otherwise.
Expect this ale to be fun, fruity and satisfying. You know you're in Wisconsin when you see the Spotted Cow.

I’ve been alive 54 years and I’ve never had a Spotted Cow. How is this possible? Well, I fixed it tonight. This is an easy drinking, light bodied, not too sweet cream ale. Done.

Drank a bunch of these at my uncles place night before cousins wedding this is his beer of choice which is pretty cool since it’s was always miller lite growing up. Fine yellow pour. Nose is grainy and corn. Tastes of grains, hint of lime, corn, and touch vanilla. Fine creamy palate. Nice for putting back multiples.

Bottle pour. Thanks Frank. Pours super light with a faint pale malt aroma to it. Very light fruity flavor throughout with some apple for sure. Light body and a bit creamy. A very plain tasting beer for me, but the flavor that is there is decent. Never had too many good things to say about cream ales, but this was definitely on the better half of them. Overall, I’d call this a decent light beer.

Reviewed from notes. I once received a six pack of this and had this on tap when I was in Wisconsin last Summer. Here are my findings.
Its a cream ale therefore it goes in a pint glass.
The appearance was a transparent yellow color with carbonation seen rising at a moderate pace and filling a less than a half fingered white foamy head that quickly dies and left some light lacing here and there.
The smell was sweet corn with some light herbal fruitiness to it.
The taste was sweet through the corn and fruitiness to it. There was no aftertaste nor finish every time I’ve had it.
On the palate, it sat fairly light and had a pretty good sessionability running about my mouth and tongue. Carbonation was pretty smooth and creamy, hence cream ale.
Overall, this is great for the style and pretty good to me. This one is worthy of having again.

From a 12 oz bottle shared at home. Pours a clear gold with an off white head. Malty nose. Biscuit flavors with some light fruit notes. Very quaffable. Light, dry finish.

Pale yellow, nose is bitter with peach and pineapple. Taste is smooth and earthy. minor malt profile, silky smooth mouthfeel. Really nice but not pushing any palate limits.
