Pours brown, foamy. Aroma is weizenlike nice cloves, bit of banana. Malt base there. Taste is also nicely fruity, carbonation cleaning tongue, candy sweetness. Quite pleasant, light lingering aftertaste.

Bottle. Lightly smoky nose, carmel, wheat. dirty brown-amber, cloudy. Flavor of caramel, peaches, cloves. Dry finish. Rather original weizenbock.

strange muddy looking color. Lots of brownies and bananas, slightly smokey. Very malty full body, lots of chocolate and banana notes. Not sweet or cloying. Super well balanced. One of the best beers I’ve had for this style. Superb

Draft @ Taphouse, Copenhagen. Pours a dark amber color with a small off-white head. Has a fruity wheat malty spicy caramel aroma. Sweetish spicy wheat malty caramel flavor. Has a sweetish wheat malty spicy caramel finish.

500ml bottle at Bierhof Athens. Brown color with off white head. Malty yeasty wineous aroma with dark fruits. Sweet and bitter taste like aroma. Medium oily body with soft carbonation.

Bottle. It pours a dense, two-finger light beige head over a hazy, dark copper colored body. The aroma has a nice blend of nuts, caramel, banana, some resins and alcohol. Coffee hints. Some lemon acidic notes in the flavor, with caramel, resin hints, banana, some alcohol, and a touch of nuts. Full body and a soft carbonation. Some warmth. Lasting finish with nuts, caramel, resin notes and lots of banana. A decent one, although a bit unusual. 141231

Schöne dunkelbrauner Farbe mit schöner trüber Hefenote. Der Antrunk ist schwer und schön malzig-süßlich. Der Hauptteil wird noch bockbiertypischer, eine schöne, schon fast karamellig-süße Note dominiert das Geschehen, hinzu kommt eine angenehm dunkel vergorene, schon leicht alkoholische Note. Zum Nachgeschmack tritt die Hefe durch die tolle Gesamtkomposition hindurch und verleiht dem ganzen einen schönen weich-milden Touch. Reife dunkle Früchts, schön malzig-wärmend. Der Nachgeschmack ist schon fast dickflüssig, aber trotzdem süffig. Nicht zu süß, sondern schön süß-karamellmalzig abgewogen, zusammen mit einer tollen hefig-milden Note. Auf der Zunge bleibt diese Note zusammen mit einer ganz leichten Herbe lange erhalten.
--> ein Weizenbock der Extraklasse. Superlecker, aromenreich und mild. Sehr zu empfehlen!!
