Das “Michala” ist ein dunkles, vollmundiges Kellerbier.
Es ist naturbelassen und unfiltriert. Im Gegensatz zu vielen seiner “Artgenossen” ist es nicht nicht so malzig und damit nicht so süß.

(swing top bottle) Hazy, amber colour with a huge and slightly tanned foamy head. Slightly yeasty and delicately toasty malty aroma with notes of caramel, barnyard and herbal hops. Sweet-bitter flavour, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Moderately toasted malt-character with notes of caramel and rising hoppy accents towards the moderately dry and bitter finish. Pleasant Franconian Dunkel. 12.XI.10

Draught at the brewpub: Hazy, amber coloured, stable creamy off-white head; dry dark-malty, a bit toasty nose with herbal-hoppy undertones and a light barnyardy touch; light bodied, moderate bitter-sweet flavour; lingering aromatic bitter-nutty finish. Well balanced, typical franconian stuff.........
