Bottled. A hazy golden beer with a thin white head. The aroma has notes of malt and straw as well as a touch of malt. The flavor is sweet with notes of malt and straw leading to a dry bitter finish.

Bottle. Barley malt, hay and light barnyard aroma. Cloudy pale yellow color with small head. Light barley malt and hay flavor. Nice light Kellerbier - would be great if it had more body.

(bottle) Hazy, yellow coloured hue with floaties and a mid-sized foamy white head. Slightly sweet and yeasty pale malty aroma with a grainy touch and peppery spicy hops. Light-bitter flavour with a touch of sourness, light to medium bodied with a calm carbonation. Slightly yeasty and distinctively grainy malty taste with a light but still present hoppy spicy note. Dry and a bit slim, nevertheless aromatic finish with a grainy and subtle citrus-fruity aftertaste. Pleasant Kellerbier (29.X.08).

Bottle from the former Greiner-Bräu in Roding. Hazy, golden, beaten egg-white-like white foam. Distinctive hoppy aromas over a sweetish malty and fruity underground. Moderate to stronger bitter-sweet flavour, light to medium bodied. Lingering hoppy and sweet finish with a light lemony-fruity touch. A very decent sample of that style..........
