It pours a hazy pale yellow color with a small white head. Aroma is lightly grassy grainy and quite acidic. Notes of citrus, white grapes, hay and yeast. Taste is light grainy, light sweet, medium acidic with notes of melon, citrus peel, hay and grass. Light body with lively carbonation. Overall, really tasty and refreshing.

Keg at the brewery. It pours hazy pale gold with a small white head. The nose is sweet, doughy, brioche, candy, mild spice and apricot. The taste is crisp, doughy, straw, orange peel, apricot, spice, hay, wood and brioche with a dry finish. Medium body and fine carbonation. Nice bitter-sweet balance. Solid.

Draft at the brewery. Pours soupy gold with a soft, creamy white head. Pleasant pale bread nose, some citrus, yeast. Light-medium sweet flavor with tangerine, doughy bread, slight wheat, lemon zest. Medium bodied with fine, spritzy carbonation. Sweet finish with ripe citrus fruits, doughy pale bread, light bitter pine needles, mango, subtle yeast. Very drinkable.
