330 ml bottle. Thanks, One51! Gushing and huge head as if infected. Pale amber, hazy, and 90% foamy head. Nose is sweet, fruity caramel, orange candy, light spices. Strange amalgam of candy sweetness and dryness. Start out fruity and sweet with caramel, then a funky dry finish. Something isn't right about this one.

Drunk in Naples on the rooftop, 6th floor, between a castle and Vesuvius. Slight foam over, too high carb, brown amber with obviously huge head. Nose is super grainy, hint of hops, a bit unclean. Tastes sweet, wort-reminiscent, mineral (untreated Munich tap water?). Maybe too warm fermentation or mild infection. Anyway, ironic that I'm drinking it in Italy as it reminds me of a lot of Italian craft beers I've had!

0.3l tap. Almost clear amber golden with a small creamy head. Honey, sourdough, citrus, hay. Malty sweetness, light dry sourness and bitterness. Medium bodied, oily texture, soft to low carbonated, dry honey malty finish. It’s a decent Fest-Märzen, somewhat christmassy but a bit bland.

Erhöhte Karbonisierung. Leicht süßer Malzbeginn, etwas Karamell, Bitternoten. Auch im weiteren Verlauf typisch Märzen, getreidig, trocken karamellig. Mittellanger Abgang. Fehlerfrei. 10/9/9/9/9/9

33cl bottle. A dirty hazy dark golden beer with a off white head. Aroma of dry and mild caramelized malt, nuts, grains and bread. Moderate bitterness, high carbonation.
