Kupferfarben mit feinporiger cremefarbener Schaumkrone präsentiert sich unser Weihnachtsbier im Glas. In der Nase finden sich Nuancen von Honig und dunklen Beeren. Der vollmundige Körper präsentiert sich malzig und mit Noten von Karamell bzw. Toffee. Am Gaumen bleiben intensive Noten von dunkler Brotkruste zurück. Eine angenehme Bittere rundet das Bier ab. Unsere Empfehlung: gebratenes Weihnachtsgansl, Wildragout oder Weihnachtsbraten.

BB 31.05.2021. copper redish color, small white head. smells berry notes, herbal, earthy, marzipan, peppery. decent smell, has a light veggie touch. medium body, soft carbonation. tastes of berry notes, earthy, peppery, marzipan, tobacco, bit grainy. finishes light to medium bitter with notes of tobacco, earthy and peppery notes. pretty decent one, balance isnt that great, rather bitterish, but still quite drinkable.
