A classic American Pale Ale with a trinity of hops (Perle, magnum, cascade) lending to a complex floral bitterness balanced with strong notes of caramel and a full malted body.

19/12/2018. Bottle at The Black Rock Pub, Santiago. Pours hazy amber with a long lasting slightly foamy off white head. Aroma of biscuit, hops, caramel, fruit, malt and light pine. Moderate sweetness and medium bitterness. Medium body, slight oily texture, soft carbonation. Biscuity finish. Very good, best beer I’ve had so far in Chile.
