Taster from tap at Siete Ríos Hostel. Black color, small tan head. Smells spices, earthy soy&fish sauce, decent smell, but heavy soy. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes heavy soy sauce, spices, rice cake, peppery, roasty, sesame. Finishes rather roasty bitter with notes of soy sauce, burned sesame and some fish sauce. Weird one, lacks some balance, not a big fan, rather bitter 6,4,5,3,11
