Dice la historia que por lo por lo menos cinco litros de esta cerveza al día eran entregados en las granjas a los saisoners (trabajadores temporales) para su hidratación. Para esto se hacía necesario y común que cada granja tuviera su propia cervecería. Una cerveza rubia y fácil de tomar que combina los fenoles de la fermentación con una carga alta de lúpulo de origen americano para darle un toque moderno a nuestra interpretación del estilo.

0,33l from bottle at Justo Restaurant. No BB date.. Yellow hazy color, small white head. Smells earthy, spices, bit flowery, tobacco, bit yeasty, lychee. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes tobacco, citric, grassy, bit yeasty, flowery, peppery, spices, light thyme, light candy, lychee. Finishes lightly bitter and lightly dry with notes of tobacco, flowery and yeasty notes. Nice one, good to drink, gets a bit heavy when warm 7, 4,7,3,15
