Bottiglia. Al naso si esprimono sentori di ananas e di luppolo. L'olfatto viene stimolato in maniera gratificante e la maniera in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma resiste poco. La grandezza delle bollicine è grossolana. La parte liquida si presenta limpida. Il colore è giallo dorato brillante. Il corpo è strutturato. L'amaro è carico. La forza gustativa è elevata. La continuità gustativa è buona. Il gusto è piacevole. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di birra beverina. Il finale è amarognolo. Il retrogusto è intenso. L'aroma in bocca è quello di miele, frutta secca, agrumi, pompelmo e ananas.

0,2l from tap at Abazzia di Sherwood. Light yellow clear color, small white head. Smells lychee, earthy, exotic fruits, bit leathery. Nice smell. Full body, soft carbonation. Tastes grassy, herbal, peppery, stone lychee, light pines, bit leathery. Finishes light to medium bitter with notes of pines, lychee and leathery notes. Very nice one, rather on the bitter herbal /grassy side, but very good to drink, very fresh and enjoyable 7, 4, 8, 3, 17
