Frothy off-white good mostly lasting head. Black colour. Moderate malty and light hoppy aroma- Moderate biter flavor. Average light bitter finish. Oily palate.

Bottiglia. Il gusto al naso resta attratto da liquirizia e caffè. L'intensità olfattiva è elevata e il modo in cui permane è apprezzabile. Il cappello di schiuma color marrone chiaro è cremosa ed ha una buona tenuta. La grandezza delle bollicine è medio-fine. Bollicine medio-fini costituiscono anche la forma del perlage. Il colore è scuro impenetrabile. Il corpo è rotondo. L'amaro è contenuto. La forza gustativa è normale e si prolunga in modo sufficiente. Le sensazioni boccali finali risultano di pronta beva. Il finale è semplice e dissetante. Il retrogusto è di media intensità. Sul tetto della bocca si percepiscono sentori di miele, cioccolato al latte, caffè, liquirizia, nocciola e agrumi.

Bottled 330ml. -from Eataly Genova. Deep brown coloured, medium sized airy brownish head, milk chocolate in the nose. Toasted malt, milk chocolate, caramel and touch of vanilla with rather sweet finish.

0,05l from tap at Bastian Contrario Parma. Dark Brown color, small tan head. Smells licorice, earthy, roasty, light vanilla. Nice smell. Light body, almost no carbonation, light mouthfeel. Tastes sweet malty, light caramel, earthy, very light vanilla, light soy sauce. Finishes sweet with some roast and notes of vanilla, earth and some soy sauce. Decent one, taste is almost a bit too light, but overall it works
