Brewpub. Amber red color with thick white head. Aroma of juniper. Taste, juniper, wood, earthy notes.

Bottle from the brewpub Quite obvious juniper on nose with pine like aroma. Low to medium sourness, berries, juniper, bit dry. Okay

Tap at the brewery. Rather acetic sourness, kind of similar in this respect to old lambics intended for blending, which this most definitely is not. Lacking more funky character, this is mostly just sour and little else. At least it is not overwhelming, rather good balance, drinkable.

V senku. Vona kyslasta ovocna. Farba kalna medova. Chut prijemna kyslasta s ovocnym priebehom.

0,3l from tap at the brewpub shared with Sander. Amber cloudy color, small white head. Smells citric, green apples, bit acidic, earthy, berry notes, peppery. Nice smell. Medium body, light carbonation, slick mouthfeel. Tastes earthy, smoky, juniper, peppery, grassy, spices, bit leathery. Finishes bitter sweet and also bit sour with notes of juniper, earth and spices. Nice, but not a fan of the balance, good complexity, nice beer overall but not totally my thing.
