Trüb bernsteinfarben mit weißer Schaumkrone. Malziger, hopfiger, würziger Geruch. Geschmacklich malzig, leicht hopfig, würzig mit Anklängen an Honig. Mittlere Süße mit leichter Bitterkeit, mittlerer Körper mit spürbarer Kohlensäure.

getrunken als Chez Pierre Honey Ale mit 8,1% alc. Leider war mein Exemplar schon alt und dementsprechend muffig. Aber ich glaube, dass das frische Produkt nicht zu viel hergemacht hat, da man von Honig 🍯 so gut wie nicht gemerkt hat und es auch an Süffigkeit mangelte.

0,1l from bottle at Craft Beer Fest Waidhofen Ybbs. amber hazy color, small white head. smells fruity, lithe caramel, honey, nutty, marzipan, light Joghurt. nice smell overall. Full body, soft carbonation, slick mouthfeel. tastes sweet, honey, spices, peppery, nutty, marzipan, light fruit notes, bit peppery, light oxidation. finishes medium sweet with notes of honey, ripe fruits and light oxidation notes. ok overall but also not the biggest fan, a bit weird. 6, 4, 6, 3, 13
